How do I know which hockey stick flex is right for me?
As a general rule, your stick flex should be approximately half your body weight. However, personal preference and playing style also matter; power shooters often prefer a higher flex, while quick-release players often opt for a lower flex.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening and heat molding?
Yes, we offer professional sharpening and custom heat molding at all our physical store locations. For online orders, skates are shipped unsharpened to ensure safety during transit.
What is your return policy on protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused protective gear in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, base layers, mouthguards, and jocks cannot be returned once opened.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like goal nets?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. However, oversized items like nets and heavy training aids may require specialty freight shipping and can take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you provide team or bulk discounts for clubs?

Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, most composite sticks come with a one-time 30-day replacement warranty provided by the manufacturer. Protective gear and skates typically carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
