At Just Hockey, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, mouthguards and base layers cannot be returned once opened.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in 'rink-ready' condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
